I am a qualified Magister Technologiae in Food Technology (Cum Laude) & Member of the Golden Key Honour Society with almost 30 years’ experience working in the food industry in South Africa & the United Kingdom.
It has been my absolute privilege and a source of great professional pride that I have worked as a contract R&D technologist and ingredient solution manufacturer and supplier to some of the world’s most famous restaurant, fast-food chains, hospitality and retail brands. This has included pioneering a new household brand of mayonnaise and standardising recipes for large industrial kitchens, particularly for hotels and similar where conference catering is their speciality.
